Chideo, an interactive charity broadcast network, has announced the worldwide premiere of the new documentary short, “A Conversation with Pamela Anderson,” directed by filmmaker Natalie Johns.

Part One launches on Chideo Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 7 p.m. EST, with Part Two beginning at 7 p.m. EST on Thursday, Nov. 20.

In this intimate portrait, Anderson talks about the sexual abuse she endured as a child, the difficult decision to reveal the abuse earlier this year and, more importantly, how those events shaped her life and inspired her philanthropic work.

To watch the documentary, fans can register on Chideo’s website or download the Chideo App (available for iOS and Android). At the conclusion of the program, viewers are prompted to make a donation of $10 or more to the Pamela Anderson Foundation (PAF).

“After I spoke publicly for the first time about the abuse, I was overwhelmed by the outpouring of support I received from fans,” she said. “I realized that simply by sharing my story, I could not only empower others, but I could also leverage that support for the greater good. As the only network dedicated solely to charity, Chideo was the logical choice to partner with on this very personal journey.”

The film also marks the official debut of Anderson as a Chideo Ambassador, leveraging the platform year-round to raise awareness and funds for her foundation. PAF supports organizations and individuals that stand on the front lines in the protection of human, animal and environmental rights.

“We’re so happy to have Pamela join our growing roster of celebrity ambassadors and leading non-profits,” said Chideo founder and CEO Todd Wagner.
