Over five days, European film artists and Russian audiences had a lively exchange of views and ideas about film content and artistic presentation during the WESTWIND showcase.

This was the second time that European Film Promotion (EFP) had presented 11 recent European films to the public, this year with screenings at Moscow’s Formula Kino Horizont cinema from October 15-19.

“It was a privilege to be part of the Westwind – I got a real buzz out of the exchange between Europeans and Russians. I loved that the Russian public were so enthusiastic about European films. Makes it all worthwhile to continue,” said Brigitte Kerger, Productrice Exécutive, SAMSA FILM.
