On Friday, January 9, 2015, BAFTA’s Chair Anne Morrison will be joined by Stephen Fry and Sam Claflin to announce the nominations for the EE British Academy Film Awards in 2015.
BAFTA Chief Executive Amanda Berry OBE, Chair of the Film Committee Nik Powell and Pippa Harris Deputy Chair of the Film Committee will also be in attendance.
This year, nominations for the EE British Academy Film Awards will be live streamed exclusively on Facebook. Following the event, a live panel discussion will take place between industry critics including Zoe Ball, Boyd Hilton, Rhianna Dhillon, and Matt Risley which film fans can also engage with, only on Facebook.
The EE British Academy Film Awards will take place on Sunday, February 8, 2015, and will be held for the ninth year running at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden.
Sponsored by EE, and hosted by Stephen Fry, the Awards will be broadcast exclusively on BBC One and BBC One HD that evening, preceded by a red carpet show on BBC Three.
