The ultimate robot of the Tinseltown – Arnold Schwarzenegger – is back in the sci-fi thriller Terminator Genisys, the fifth installment in the Terminator series.
The trailer of the film, directed by Alan Taylor and written by Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier, has been released.
Besides Schwarzenegger, the film stars Emilia Clarke, Jason Clarke, Jai Courtney, Matt Smith, Lee Byung-hun, Dayo Okeniyi, Courtney B. Vance, Sandrine Holt, and J. K. Simmons.
With a budget of $170 million, the principal photography of the film had begun in April this year. Paramount Pictures will release Terminator Genisys on July 1, 2015.
Meanwhile, Schwarzenegger is available on his Facebook page to take questions from fans. “I am here to take all of your questions about the Terminator Genisys trailer because it is easier here,” he said. “Watch the trailer and then ask me your questions! #AskTerminator”
Paramount also has announced a new trilogy with two sequels set for May 19, 2017 and June 29, 2018.
