The Class of ’92 is a documentary feature charting one of the most amazing sports and cultural stories in this era. It’s about soccer.

The meteoric rise of six working class boys from diverse backgrounds who came together to play for arguably one of the greatest soccer teams in the world, Manchester United.

The Class of ’92 brings David Beckham, Nicky Butt, Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville, Phil Neville and Paul Scholes back together to tell the story and share their memories.

With unprecedented access to all six players, The Class of ’92 provides new insights about each individual and this special period in British soccer.

“My time with these players at Manchester United was the most special in my career. We came from different backgrounds, grew up like a family playing together through the ranks, all wanting to be successful. In the end, what we achieved was beyond our wildest dreams. I loved making this film and reuniting back with the lads an talking openly about our time together,” said David Beckham.

The Class of ’92 will debut in select U.S. theaters and will be available on DVD exclusively at Walmart and on Digital HD at online retailers on July 8, 2014 from Universal Studios Home Entertainment.
