Crowdfunding platform Kickstarter will hold its 2014 Kickstarter Film Festival late this summer in New York and a few other cities.

It’s an annual event for films and videos coming out of the Kickstarter community: features, shorts, animations, documentaries, restorations, webisodes, music videos, and so on.

Kickstarter is inviting all successful creators to submit their work. Among the submission requirements, your work must be the product of a successfully funded Kickstarter project.

Also, your work needs to have been finished within the last year — any time from January 2013 to the present.

You can submit your work preferably via private Vimeo or YouTube links. The deadline for submission is May 14, 2014 at 11:59:59pm EST. The Festival details are available on the Kickstarter site.
