Mills & Boon – a leading brand in romantic fiction – has announced a countrywide hunt for models to feature on the cover of its novels.

Titled ‘M&B Cover Model Hunt’, the hunt is part of the publishing brand’s fourth season of ‘Friends For Life’ campaign and is a specific initiative aimed at its fans community in India.

The hunt will select three male and three female models to feature on its forthcoming novels. It is noteworthy that M&B novels have traditionally featured American and European models for decades and with the Hunt, it has become the first global publishing brand to take Indian models on its international titles, says the company.

“Harlequin India is excited to announce the third edition of the Mills & Boon ‘Friends for Life’ cover model hunt, a platform to discover fresh, new faces. It is a wonderful opportunity for aspiring models to showcase themselves, make it to the covers of Mills & Boon books in India and overseas, or be ‘discovered’ by other major brands. Our previous winners have done this and much more,” said Amrita Chowdhury, publishing director, Harlequin India.

This year, for its reader friends Mills & Boon has launched “Friends For Life” pack which gives the every buyer an assured “personalized Mills & Boon” featuring them on the cover.

The Pack, available for online purchase, consists of three heartwarming romances and is priced Rs. 299.

Male and female residents of India above the age of 18 years can participate in the ‘M&B Cover Model Hunt’. To do so, they can log on to www.hqnindia.com for participation details. Entries close on 30th September, 2014.
