Warner Bros. Discovery has selected ten producers from across the globe for the 2026 cycle of the WBD Access Unlock Unscripted Program. The cohort features mid-level industry professionals originating from the United States, the United Kingdom, Poland, and Sweden. Curriculum and Executive Mentorship

The cohort recently concluded a weeklong intensive held at Warner Bros. Discovery offices in New York. The curriculum covered essential aspects of showrunning and unscripted content creation, including workshops on pitching and development, personal branding, budgeting, leadership, feedback, production management, and post-production. Participants also completed hands-on Avid editing training and received access to the Food Network Kitchen to gain technical perspective on culinary television production.
