American Idol 2014 top five finalist Sam Woolf releases his debut EP album “Pretend”. The album features his acclaimed vocals and organic style with original lyrics reflecting emotions held close as he navigated through turbulent periods of his youth.

The EP was produced, engineered and mixed by Grammy-winner Danny Blume, and features backing vocals by Curtis King and Cindy Mizzelle of the Bruce Springsteen tour.

The EP is currently available for purchase online at CD-BABY where the full-length tracks and liner notes can be previewed during the holiday season without charge. The EP will subsequently become available on iTunes.

Sam has recently performed as the featured artist at benefit concerts and appeared as a Special Guest at both Alex Preston’s and Ryan Beatty’s concerts. He will co-headline Winterfest in Florida in February with the Grammy-winning Doobie Brothers.

The EP was partially funded by Sam’s fans, the “#WoolfPack” through a crowd-funding campaign.
