Amanda Mena Wins Telemundo’s “La Voz Kids” Competition

During Sunday night’s grand finale of Telemundo’s “La Voz Kids,” #TeamRoyce’s Amanda Mena was named the winner of the second season of the singing competition.

Hosts Daisy Fuentes and Jorge Bernal announced the 11 year-old girl from Lynn, Massachusetts as the “2014 La Voz Kids” winner, in a finale that featured performances by International music star David Bisbal, Regional Mexican act Calibre 50, and Coach Roberto Tapia, who premiered his new single, “Mi Niña.”

Selected by the audience vote, Amanda will receive a recording contract from Universal Music Latin Group and a cash prize from AT&T consisting of $50,000 to support her education, plus a $10,000 cash price from the Chrysler Corporation.
